Prisma Health offers an occupational health and disease prevention program that is dedicated to improving the health of employees while controlling the health care costs of employers.
We provide occupational health services ranging from health coaching to injury management, meeting the unique and varied health care needs of today’s employers and governmental entities. We serve Columbia, Lexington, Irmo, Sumter and the greater Midlands region of South Carolina, with office locations on the campuses of Prisma Health Baptist Hospital and Prisma Health Tuomey Hospital.
We are an exclusive occupational health and medicine practice dedicated to workplace wellness.
We treat only work-related injuries and provide required physicals and testing for employees. Occupational health services are provided in our clinics or at your worksite.
Lab Express offers affordable testing to patients who know what lab tests they need in order to monitor their health.
No doctor's order, appointment or insurance is required. Patients simply choose from a menu of laboratory tests and receive the confidential results by mail.
Whether it's work or lifestyle related, the simplest and most cost effective way to prevent illness and injury is through proper training and education.
Our preventive services team can assist you in creating an impactful employee wellness program. We consult with your team on all aspects, provide onsite screenings and assist with analyzing your data.
In addition to providing occupational health and wellness services, we can provide employee care clinics at your workplace or via our mobile clinic.
Under the supervision of a physician, employees are cared for by nurse practitioners who provide treatment for minor illnesses and injuries. You provide the space at your facility, and we will provide the supplies, equipment, staff and electronic medical record.
Employers receive the benefits and features you expect from South Carolina's leading health care provider when they partner with Occupational Health Services. We offer quality care provided by an exclusive occupational medicine practice with a prevention and education focus.
Our average wait time is less than ten minutes, with care provided by friendly and experienced staff and electronic test results and injury notes available immediately after your visit.
