Also called congestive heart failure, conditions including coronary artery disease and high blood pressure may leave your heart too weak to pump blood efficiently.
With the prevalence of heart failure increasing, it’s important to be armed with information to understand and manage your condition and to give and receive support from others with the same condition. This free community support group is open to patients with heart failure who are not currently in the hospital. Seating is limited and registration is required.
Each month, a speaker will provide information to help manage your heart failure.
Triumph over Failure meets the third Wednesday of each month (except December), from noon-1 p.m.
Patients may bring one guest, though we encourage attendees not to bring children. If you are unable to attend in person, you may participate by telephone by dialing 1-866-546-3377, then entering participant code 183175#.
