Midlands AccessHealth

Extending a helping hand to our neighbors

Midlands AccessHealth helps to keep low-income individuals healthy, and helps them get better when they are sick. We are in partnership with many groups in our community that want to make health care services accessible to those who do not have health insurance and cannot afford care.

For people without adequate access to insurance for dental and eye health, please visit WellPartners.org (must live in Richland, Lexington, Fairfield or Sumter counties).

Midlands AccessHealth helps provide:
  • Convenient access to a physician
  • Visits to specialists and hospitals
  • Mental health and substance abuse support
  • Health resources
  • Specialized help for diabetes and high blood pressure control
  • Resources for healthy living and illness prevention
