T -Time management: Set priorities and don't try to do too much. U -Uniqueness: Remember and appreciate the uniqueness of your life. R -Relaxation: Don't forget to take time out for yourself. A -Associations: Don't cut out your colleagues, friends and family. L -Laughter: Always the best medicine.
