The surgeons and staff of ColoRectal Associates offer a personal office environment, ground level parking, same day appointments when needed, and expert evaluation and surgical intervention of colon and rectal cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, pelvic floor disorders, common and complex anal pathologies. Our surgeons also perform routine and diagnostic colonoscopy with a primary care physician referral.

Our Providers:

	Sidney Morrison, MD, a board certified colorectal surgeon and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, has been practicing surgery in the Columbia area since 1987. A Florida State University graduate, he completed his medical degree at the University of Florida School of Medicine. Dr. Morrison completed an internship at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, a residency at Tulane University Hospitals, and a fellowship in colon and rectal surgery at the Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation.

	Jarrott Moore, MD, a South Carolina native, is a Clemson University graduate. He completed his medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. Dr. Moore trained in Baltimore, completing a surgical internship and residency at Union Memorial Hospital. He completed a colorectal surgery fellowship at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey in New Brunswick. Dr. Moore practiced at a teaching institution in Baltimore for five years prior to joining ColoRectal Associates and is board certified in colon and rectal surgery.
