Administrative Fellowship Program

Palmetto Health Administrative Fellowship is a 12-month appointment that offers hands-on experience and promotes personal learning and development. The CEO initially meets with the Fellow to establish a comprehensive, yet flexible, approach that accommodates the needs of both the Fellow and the organization. The President of the Palmetto Health Leadership Institute, and also a sponsor of the Administrative Fellowship program, meets with the Fellow to discuss main areas of interest and how rotations can be altered for a more personal approach. Senior leaders throughout the system act as preceptors during identified rotations and project work. The development of other relationships with seasoned leaders is encouraged and serves to provide additional informal mentoring and learning experiences.
