Our medical team consists of a fellowship trained pain medicine physician and select therapists with complementary skills in pain management and rehabilitation.


Amit Singh, DO, medical director of the Pain Management and Rehabilitation Center, is board certified in anesthesiology and pain medicine. Dr. Singh completed a Fellowship in Pain Medicine at SUNY–Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, NY.

Physical Therapy:

• Physical therapy evaluation and treatment (acute and chronic conditions)
• Specializing in chronic pain management
• Trigger point therapy (myofascial release, manual therapy)

• Core stability exercise (with transition to community exercise facility)
Occupational Therapy:
   Clare McGill, OTR/L, CHT

• Occupational therapy evaluations and treatment
• Hand therapy (acute or chronic)

• Self care management/adaptive equipment evaluation and instruction
