Press Ganey

The satisfaction of our patients is of upmost importance to us.  Patient Satisfaction is measured on a continual basis using Press Ganey surveys which are mailed to patients' homes after discharge.  The comprehensive surveys represent both Inpatient and Outpatient populations and provide feedback on a variety of categories.  In addition to providing us with valuable information about how we can improve our care and services, the Press Ganey survey allows you to tell us about the quality of care you received. 

Each Palmetto Health hospital's performance is measured against hospitals of similar bed size.
