MySCHospital
MySChospital.org is part of the South Carolina Hospital Association's (SCHA) Every Patient Counts statewide initiative to advance patient safety and healthcare quality. The website was created by SCHA and its member hospitals as an educational website on the quality of care provided in SC hospitals. The evidence-based measures include medical interventions and optimal care measures that correspond to heart attacks, heart failure, pneumonia, surgical infection prevention, and patient satisfaction.
The website reports four quarters of data voluntarily submitted by SCHA member hospitals. The information, generally about 12 – 18 months old, on this site mirrors much of the information contained on Hospital Compare.
