Effective Thursday, June 27, Twelve Mile Creek Family Medicine will close, and Drs. Allen Wenner and James Williams will leave the Palmetto Health physician practice network. We encourage you to select another physician at one of the Palmetto Health network practices in the Lexington/West Columbia area.
Dr. Alexandra Witherspoon, formerly with Twelve Mile Creek Family Medicine, has joined Lakeview Family Medicine, a Palmetto Health family practice located at 1316 North Lake Dr. in Lexington.
You may also wish to consider a physician at Jay Markowitz, MD and Associates, a Palmetto Health internal medicine practice located at 103 Saluda Ridge Court in West Columbia.
