The Clinical Trials department of Palmetto Health provides clinical trial implementation at our facility, starting with a match between research study projects and Investigators with the needed expertise.
Research and Clinical Trials
Palmetto Health has made a commitment to medical education and promotion of medical advancements through research. Through involvement in research studies, we are able to provide more treatment options for our patients, as well as stay at the forefront of new pharmaceutical and medical device developments.
Research protocols give our patients access to state-of-the-art treatments. Currently, we offer more than 300 open research protocols with more than 1,500 participating patients. |
