Our orthopaedic surgeons have more than 40 years combined experience in joint replacement specialization. They use a standardized approach to joint replacement surgery and follow up care, which achieves excellent results with fewer complications when compared to national averages. Dr. Chillag


Kim J. Chillag, M.D. has practiced orthopaedic surgery for more than 20 years, specializing in total hip and total knee replacement surgery. A graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine, he has completed fellowships in total joint replacement at Joint Implant Surgeons, Inc. inColumbus, Ohio, and in Sports Medicine at the Oklahoma Center for Athletes in Oklahoma City. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery; a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons; a member of the Association of Bone and Joint Surgeons, and American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.

Bradley P. Presnal, M.D. is a graduate of Texas A&M University College of Medicine and has been a practicing orthopaedic surgeon since 1995, specializing in total joint replacement and hip and knee arthroscopy. He completed his internship and residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine, Palmetto Health Richland. Dr. Presnal is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He completed a Fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at the Florida Knee and Orthopedic Centers in Clearwater , Fla. He also is a member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons.

Dr. Voss


Frank R. Voss, M.D. is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and joined the University of South Carolina School of Medicine faculty in 1993 where he currently serves as Director of Medical Education for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Voss completed his residency in general surgery at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston , and an orthopaedic surgery residency at Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Program. He completed a Fellowship in reconstructive surgery at Rush-Presbyterian-St. Luke’s Medical Center in Chicago. Dr. Voss is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and specializes in hip and knee arthroplasty, revision arthroplasty, osteotomies and trauma.
