Rehabilitation Services (PT, OT, SLP)

The hospitals of Palmetto Health offer a full range of rehabilitative services including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech-Language Pathology in both inpatient and outpatient settings. In addition, highly specialized programs include Pediatric Developmental Therapy, Hand Therapy, Pregnancy Back Pain, Lymphedema Therapy, Fall Prevention and Low Vision Rehabilitation. Our comprehensive programs offer services to individuals who have a variety of diagnoses including orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiac diseases and injuries, arthritis, amputation, as well as any other illness affecting functional ability.

Please note! Beginning May 2, 2012, Palmetto Health's Adult Rehab Center will move from 14 Medical Park at Palmetto Health Richland to Palmetto Health Baptist's Rehabilitative Therapy outpatient clinic, located in the main hospital on the basement level off elevator D. Directions
Palmetto Health Baptist is located downtown on the corner of Taylor and Marion Streets. Parking is available in the Sumter Street garage. Take the crosswalk from the third floor of the garage into the hospital. Take elevator D to the basement. The Rehabilitative Therapy Department will be directly in front of you as you exit the elevator.
