Home Health Services

Palmetto Health HomeCare provides intermittent health care services in the home in Richland and Lexington counties for patients of all ages. We provide care for infants, children, adults and senior adults recovering from illness or injury. These services are provided by a team of nurses, physical, occupational and speech therapists, medical social workers, home health aides, an enterostomal therapist, as well as a registered dietitian, diabetic educator and a chaplain.

Palmetto Health HomeCare is a non-profit organization serving Richland and Lexington counties since 1986. Our program is licensed by the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (DHEC), accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO), and is Medicare and Medicaid Certified. In addition, we are members of the National and State Home Care Associations. |
