At Palmetto Health Outpatient Services, we understand the needs of the individuals for whom we provide care. Whether it's finding a new family physician, scheduling routine lab work, a CT scan after an injury, or rehabilitation after a bad fall—we can meet your needs.

Our full-service, outreach diagnostic laboratories provide services 24 hours a day, seven days a week in convenient locations around town including downtown, northeast and northwest Columbia.
The Outpatient Imaging Center at Palmetto Health Parkridge and Richland offers advanced imaging technology including digital mammography, computed tomography (CT) scans, an open MRI unit, diagnostic ultrasound/X-ray/fluoroscopy, EKG, bone density scans and vascular ultrasound.
Palmetto Health Physician Practice Network
The Palmetto Health Physician Practices Network includes healthcare professionals who are highly trained to meet your medical needs. Our doctors treat the whole person—physically and emotionally.

Palmetto Health Richland Rehabilitation
Our comprehensive program offers services to individuals of all ages who have a variety of needs including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech and language pathology.
Palmetto Health Baptist Rehabilitation
Palmetto Health Baptist offers outpatient rehabilitative services for patients of all ages.
Palmetto SeniorCare is a program for the frail elderly that provides medical care at adult day health centers in Richland and Lexington counties.
Palmetto Health HomeCare, Hospice and Palliative Care
Palmetto Health HomeCare provides intermittent home health or personal care services in Richland and Lexington counties for patients of all ages.Palmetto Health Hospice provides medical, emotional, social and spiritual support to terminally ill patients of all ages. This non-profit agency serves 21 counties in South Carolina.
Palmetto Health Palliative Care focuses on the relief of pain, symptoms and serious illness and is provided at Palmetto Health Richland and Baptist.
Palmetto Health Children's Hospital Special Care Center
The Palmetto Health Children's Hospital Special Care Center (formerly known as Medically Fragile Children's Program) is more than a medical practice, it is a medical home. With a focus on excellence in pediatric medicine, the staff consists of pediatricians, psychologist, social workers, physical, occupational and speech therapists.
The staff understands the challenge of rearing a child with special needs or health concerns. If it is a behavioral change or an equipment change, Palmetto Heath Children's Hospital Special Care is here to provide training, education and assist in meeting the medical needs (TEAM) of your child.
HealthWorks' occupational health and disease prevention program provides area employers with health screenings, immunizations, disease management, work related injury care, 24-hour substance abuse testing and employment related testing.
