Palmetto Health is a recognized leader in providing a wide range of comprehensive health care services. From caring for the smallest and most ill infants in two Level 3 neonatal intensive care units (NICU) to specialized geriatric programs and services Palmetto Health leads the way in caring for the people of South Carolina.
Palmetto Health provides health care for nearly 70 percent of the residents of Richland County and almost 55 percent of the health care for the combined Richland/Lexington County area.
